Some features of Billy's Books require you to create an account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and take reasonable steps to keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where that activity results from your failure to keep your login details secure.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Products
Billy's Books sells digital books, guides, workbooks and other downloadable publications ("Publications").
We make reasonable efforts to describe each Publication accurately and to make its price and principal characteristics clear before purchase.
Prices
Prices displayed on the Site are the prices payable at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing error.
Any applicable taxes or other charges that we are legally required to include or disclose will be shown as required during the purchase process.
Orders and Payment
Payments for direct purchases from Billy's Books are processed securely through Stripe.
Billy's Books does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Before placing an order, you will have an opportunity to review the products selected and the total price.
A contract for a purchase is formed when your payment has been successfully accepted and we provide confirmation of the purchase.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a technical problem preventing us from supplying the Publication. If payment has already been taken and we cancel the order, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.
Delivery of Digital Publications
Publications purchased directly from Billy's Books are supplied digitally.
Following successful payment, the Publication will normally be made available through your Billy's Books account/library and/or through the download method stated during checkout.
You should receive confirmation of your purchase electronically.
If you have paid for a Publication but cannot access it, please contact billy@billysbooks.store and we will try to resolve the problem promptly.
Immediate Digital Delivery and Cancellation Rights
Consumers purchasing digital content online may normally have a statutory cancellation period.
Where you ask us to provide a digital Publication immediately, before the end of any applicable statutory cancellation period, we will ask for your express consent to begin supplying the digital content immediately and for your acknowledgement that, once supply begins, you will lose the applicable statutory right to cancel the purchase on that basis.
If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights are not affected merely because these Terms state that a Publication is supplied digitally.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed, inaccessible because of a problem for which we are responsible, or otherwise fails to meet requirements imposed by applicable consumer law.
Further information is available in our Refund Policy.
Your Licence to Use Publications
When you purchase a Publication directly from Billy's Books, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download, store and read that Publication for your own personal use.

Buying a Publication does not transfer its copyright or other intellectual-property rights to you.
